   • Expected delivery time: 5-10 business days after shipping.

   • Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days of order confirmation.

2. International Orders:

   • Orders are shipped through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post.

   • Expected delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping, depending on the destination country.

   • Orders are typically shipped within 5-7 business days of order confirmation.

All orders are processed and shipped within 22-35 days from the date of order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Actual delivery times may vary and are subject to courier company and postal authority norms.

METNMAT INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within the specified timeframe but is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authorities.

Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Confirmation of our service delivery will be sent to the email address specified during registration.
